This large, sunny, comfortably furnished apartment occupies the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors of a brownstone situated on a tree-lined street. It has an eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, living/dining space, a master bedroom, a study/guestroom, and two full baths. The apartment has two working fireplaces. There are air-conditioners in both bedrooms and there are ceiling fans in the kitchen and in the living/dining room. A washer and dryer are located on the attic top floor (5th), accessed through the master bedroom. In addition to the two queen beds, an extra, single futon is available, as well as a child’s crib in the alcove at one end of the master bedroom. The apartment is two blocks from the F train which reaches Manhattan in three stops (connection to the A/C train is in one stop). The 4 and 5, 2 and 3 and R trains are about a ten minute walk away. A major taxi cab route (cabs returning to Manhattan from drop-offs in Brooklyn) is just outside the door on Clinton Street.
