In a brand new 10 condominium development, Seahorse-Villas. This is a main floor, handicap accessible, 1 bedroom unit with plenty of windows. 'White and Bright.' This unit features brand new kitchen and appliances, of course, beautiful new furniture. The bedroom has a king size bed and air conditioning. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the sunrise over the clear blue ocean. The complex is built on top of the highest street and hill in Costambar, and features, roof top access, which is the highest point in Costambar, a village of 2500, which is a gated and walled community right outside of Puerto Plata. For pool lovers, we have the largest pool in Costambar, and plenty of deck and green space to enjoy as well. All of the units windows are screened, as well as the door, and there are also plenty of ceiling fans, as with the great ocean breezes we enjoy year round, you rarely need the air conditioning! Great security walls and gate allow you to park your rented car inside.
