Adjacent to a one acre park and one block from a huge park. 200 yards to the 16 plex movie theatre, coffee shop, and tremendous restaurants. Fantastic view of mountains and downtown Denver from balcony. Only 10 minutes to downtown, yet located west of downtown for easy access to the mountains (this will save you a ton of time when you want to head West on I-70 to the mountains). Two spaces in covered parking garage.
