This home is wonderful for families with children. The cul de sac is safe for small children with their bikes, roller blades, and other sports equipment. The home is surrounded by tall pines and plenty of sunshine. The home is roomy and colorful and the large rear deck offers a great place to entertain with Tiki torches, a gas grill, and comfortable patio furniture. Renters may purchase a weekly membership to gain access to all community amenities that include multiple pools, beach club parking, golf, and tennis. The beach club parking is included with the price of the rental(no extra cost) with a deposit on the pass. You don't need to leave the community to have a great time with all the amenities close by. There are great restaurants and shopping areas within the community of Ocean Pines.

  • The upstairs bedrooms are very large. The one with the two twin beds has the master bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower. The other upstairs bedroom has the king bed and would share the master bathroom. There is a hallway full bathroom on the first floor next to the 4th bedroom which has a trundle bed which is two twin size beds. The third bathroom is in the master bedroom on the first floor which is where the queen size bed is. The room open out to a deck.

  • There are four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have their own full bath. The other two have a set of twin beds in each of them. The sleeper sofa is in the loft on the second floor. There is another sleeper sofa in the large family room on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms have their own TV with VCR. The loft has a DVD player and the family room has a DVD and VCR.

Notes: Off season long term rentals considered from September, 2009 through May, 2010. The community has several swimming pools within it. There is also an outdoor pool at the private beach club in Ocean City (10 minutes from the house)that you have access to if you purchase the weekly pool membership for $150. The private beach parking lot and beach is part of the rental price but the pool at the beach club is excluded without the weekly membership.Call me for more info. There is also a golf course and tennis club within the community where you can pay to play. There are additional parks with playground equipment and baseball fields.

Loved the home and the location. Beautiful home on a quiet cul de sac. Close to beach and boardwalk.

Property well maintained - cleaning between rentals could be a little better/trash was left in office and stunk!

Owner is great to work with and provided a tons of detail regarding home. Great experience!!

Loved the beach club. My kids are older so the pool passes were really a waste. Kids wanted to be on the beach day in and out.

Outlets close, dinners, Crabs to go has best steamed crabs! Wonderful week - will definetely do again next year! The layout of the home allowed teens to be upstairs with own living area, bath, and bedrooms, and adults downstairs.
