A place for family & friends to gather, relax and have fun. Last house on the cul de sac with 1.6 acres. This recently renovated house has 2 bedrooms (1 queen size bed and 2 twin beds) 1 bath and a queen size sleep sofa. Comfortably sleeps 6. Hot and cold outdoor shower. Fully applianced, hardwood floors, Cable T.V., local phone service and internet access. After a day at the beach come back to the house and enjoy a game of washers, croquet or volleyball (sand filled pit) in the large yard. Grill on either the charcoal or gas grill and then enjoy eating dinner on our large open porch. Pull the chairs around the outdoor fire pit to relax while making s'mores with your children. 1 mile to Smugglers Beach.
