All amenities including cable TV, interent, screened porch with ceiling fan for relaxing summer dining, cabana with new and totally secluded hot tub, gas grill, privately landscaped yard with cutting flowers and great lighting. Close to all including the ocean beach, bay and a variety of restaurants from fine dining to casual dining in Westhampton Beach including quaint boutique shopping. Antiquing only 1 mile away. Rental includes, cable/internet and weekly landscaping and spa maintenance. Seasonal rental includes Ocean Beach pass. The home has all new, Energy Star appliances including washer & dryer in a full-open basement, dish washer; and professional kitchen, hot water on demand and 2-zone central air conditioning. Weekly as available. PayPal accepted for deposits to secure reservations.

Remsenburg is the 'quiet' Hamptons: The Remsenburg area is close to all the excitement of the Hamptons, but quite enough for the solitude and escape often sought for a get away vacation or summer season.

Fall is Grape Harvest Season for Wineries!: There are many well known wineries within a close driving distance on the North Fork of Long Island. Special events, tastings and harvest celebrations are in abundance. September is still quite warm and often a day at the beach or a quiet walk on the beach is still possible, yet much less crowded.

Acivities for the Kids: Within 20 minutes, you and your family can be enjoying the fun of a water park called Splish Splash. It is an easy drive through the scenic pine barrens of Long Island. Also in the same area is an aquarium called Atantis. Within 10 minute drive of the house there is an animal farm and petting zoo as well as nature walks.

We just returned from staying in this rental property. We are a family of five. The house is immaculate, fresh and stylish. It also has a very smart, user friendly lay out. Upon walking in I felt like I was experienceing "The Reveal" on HGTV - I had a big smile on my face. The sheets are soft, the screened porch is cute and comfortable, the kitchen is fabulous. The owners were exceptionally nice and helpful. There was soap and shampoo in the shower, detergent by the laundry machine and coffee for the coffee maker. The backyard was a beautiful garden. We rode our bikes all over Remsenberg, went to the beach, visited family, rented movies, ordered food and overall had a totally fantastic family weekend in the Hamptons.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at this quaint getaway. Located in the serene area of Remsenburg, this house provided everything needed for entertaining and for a romantic and relaxing weekend. Minutes away from the town of West Hampton and only a short drive to the beach, this house is located in a quiet area that is a close to anything you would need. Landscaping was professionally manicured with extraordinary attention to detail, and features a variety of greenery and floral arrangements. We had also entertained dinner guests (Party of 11 adults, 3 children) and everyone there had a wonderful time. Not once did we feel crowded or cramped, and we had every household necessity needed to entertain our guests. The layout of the house is very comfortable and open. The owners were very helpful and available. I would recommend this rental to relax in the hot tub, read a great book in the serenity of the garden, or entertain your guests within a spacious kitchen/dining/living area.
