This magnificent estate is located in the midst of a large, well-tended garden in a villa quarter on the hills of Monte di Luna. This spacious unit stretches over three floors and is separately accessible. Enjoy the splendid panoramic view of the terraces. The region has plenty of southern flair.

Designed as a double-residential building the interior is generous and spacious. On the ground floor are the bright living room with fireplace and large patio doors. The kitchen, also with patio access is separated. In elevated floor you will find the entrance, staircase, foyer and a bedroom with three single beds, which has a separate entrance hall and a large bathroom. Upstairs are the second bedroom with beautiful sea-view and a large foyer with access to the sunny balcony. This is the panoramic ocean view particularly wonderful to enjoy. The hall can also, if needed, equipped with sleeping facilities. Also in this floor is the elegant bathroom with a bidet. The houses also have separate entrance areas and access roads and have parking at the house.
