Mas le Clos du Prieur is set in two acres of enclosed garden filled with scented Mediterranean plants and shady, century old, sycamore-trees. It is surrounded by lush countryside with a paddock where bulls and horses graze. Tasteful and authentically restored this ravishing and romantic 250 year old house offers peace, joy of living and relaxation in an inviting atmosphere and a magical provencal setting. Mas le Clos du Prieur will seduce you by the harmony between the preserved architecture of the building itself and the comfort and beauty of the inside. The apartments offer an opportunity to know the art of living 'á la provencal'. The romantic park is flowered intimate south facing courtyard and the individual terraces in front of each apartment will delight all of those who love authenticity and tranquility surrounded by the delightful songs of crickets.

Le Mas le Clos du Prieur offers a generous, charming apartment Camargue. It is equipped with kitchen, including refrigerator, gas stove etc., and has a spacious bathroom with shower. The apartment provides English Satelitte TV, Internet (W-LAN) and a direct access to the garden of the house. Garden furniture and a Barbecue are at your disposal. In colder seasons, a central gas heating system provides cosy residential-comfort. You sleep in queen size double beds. Extra beds, cots and high chairs for children are available. The parking place is on the property and is secured with a remote controlled gate.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Entdecken der Provence

Das Domizil ist sehr zu empfehlen als guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung des westlichen Teils der Provence. Es wird deutsch gesprochen, was den sprachlich wenig begabten sicherlich hilfreich sein kann. Wer mal eine Ruhepause zwischen den Erkundungen braucht, kann sich im weitläufigen Grundstück zurückziehen oder am Pool sitzen. Wer gern Geselligkeit mag, für den bietet der Vermieter Steinofenpizza oder Grillabende. Natürlich bekommt man auch so manche gute Tipps für seine Ausflüge. Also ein ideales Quartier, um sich vielleicht erstmalig der wunderschönen Provence zu nähern. Man kann sich wie zu Hause fühlen und das ist so gewollt.

Es hat uns bei Euch so gut gefallen, dass wir einen großen Teil unserer Pläne für diesen Urlaub über Bord geworfen haben und dieses Idyll " Mas le Clos du Prieur " einfach genossen haben.
Wir haben hier gerne Zeit verbracht und nehmen Eure Gastfreundschaft, das liebevolle Ambiente und die erinnerungsreichen Tage in " Mas le Clos du Prieur " als Andenken mit nach Köln.

Hier hält die Zeit an, hier können wir auftanken. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Ort. Stille Momente, Freude, intensive Gespräche, ausgezeichnete Küche, 14 Übernachtungen im 1000 Sterne Apartment. Das Mas hat eine gute Seele! Wir kommen wieder, Andrea und Mirko
