Located on desirable north end of Estero Island. Easy on and off the island, quiet with little traffic and yet close to everything. Spacious condo on the 5th floor with all amenities right on beach. Washer and dryer in unit. TV in each bedroom and living room. Living room and Master bedroom have ocean views and second bedroom has bay views. Beautiful views of Sanibel island and gorgeous sunsets. You can often see dolphins at play. Small marina right across street where you have many options for boat rentals or excursions. Pink Shell resort is next door with many amenities such as jet ski rental and a spa (for an extra charge).
