Set in Argentina's Lake District in the heart of Patagonia, La Rincodada Ranch is an 880 acre property nestled in a gorgeous rural alpine valley. Glacier-fed gin-clear rivers and lakes surrounded by virgin beech forests describe this region of the Andes mountains. The north entrance to the enormous Los Alerces National Park is less than a ten minute drive from your door. Many come for the world class fly fishing; rainbow trout, brook trout and landlocked Atlantic salmon. There are many local guides. This area is horse country. You will see working gauchos and can set up horse rides with local guides.
The best way to reach us would be a connection through Buenos Aires. The 'Paris' of South America is worth a stop. The Tango and the best steaks in the world are just two pleasures this cosmopolitan city has to offer. A direct two hour flight from B.A. takes you to San Carlos de Bariloche where you can rent a car. The adventure continues with a 2 1/2 hour drive to our beautiful valley.
