Spacious fully furnished 10 room house 1 block from Main St. 1st floor includes an efficient kitchen with dish washer & microwave plus a skylight. The dining room is spacious with a table seating 8 people. The den has large bay window & 7' couch to watch a flat screen TV. Dining room & den adjoin living room, Sun room has a couch & lounge chair facing south getting full rays of the sun. Living room is the central point for group conversation & guest entertainment with couch, two lounge chairs plus a piano for those inclined. In the rear of the house is a large 750 sq. ft. mahogany deck with lounge chairs, round cast iron table with umbrella & a gas grill for your pleasure. The house is fully furnished with linens & towels-both beach & in-house. The property is located 1 block from Falmouth Marina & Flying Bridge Restaurant & 1 mile from 2 beaches. You can walk from the house (1/4 mile) to the Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard. A super market is 1 block from house.

The Band Concerts are conducted at the Marina Park which is 1 block walking distance from the rental property.

Great House for a Great Falmouth Getaway

This is the perfect house for a family getaway to Cape Cod. All the amenities are great and the location is perfect. Walking distance to Main St. Falmouth, Beaches and the Marina and Ferry to Martha's Vineyard. We'll be back!
