Located on the clean waters of scenic Green Lake, just off Rt. 1A between Brewer and Ellsworth, this seven mile long deep water lake offers a variety of activities. You are within a very short walk to a family beach with kayak, canoe and boat rentals. Also, a short drive to Downeast Maine attractions such as Mt. Desert Island, Acadia National Park, and Bar Harbor, just to mention a few. Bangor International Airport is a half hour drive. Amenities include a full eat in kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven, fridge with ice maker, coffee maker and all of the utensils necessary for preparing and serving meals. Full bath on the first floor with large ceramic tiled shower. Satellite TV in living room. Second floor bedroom with king size bed and a magnificent lake view, cathedral ceiling with remote control skylight. 2 twins in second upstairs sleeping area. Linens and towels are provided. Wrap around deck features patio furniture and Weber grill. Dock privileges

Total due for Spring and Autumn rates with reservation is $900. Remaining balance of $600. is due on arrival. Total due for Summer rate is $1000 with reservation, remaining $700 due on arrival. Initial payment must be received a minimum of 2 weeks prior to reservation. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of security deposit. Week is Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 3PM, check out time is 10AM. Washer/Dryer is available at $50. per week, see contract. NO RESERVATION OR IMPLIED RESERVATION IS GUARANTEED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED.

Cozy to the Max!!!

When reflecting on my stay at this wonderful cottage, relaxation takes over my being.
If I were to buy a home on Green Lake, this would be the style for me.
Close to the main road with Bangor to the North and Acadia to the South!!!
Upgraded everything. Clean. The deck surrounding the house is great! It's literally 10' from the water! Cozy loft and everything in between. New bathroom and kitchen faucets. Awesome tile bathroom/shower. Washer/Dryer work great and are super quiet.
The dock has to be the best - large and stable. With the ability to dive off the end into the water.
This house is definately a treasure.

Excellent Accomodations

My husband and 2 boys ages 10 and 13 enjoyed all the accommodations this property had to offer. The cottage was so well equiped with everything you could think of. Everything was new with high quality accessories. We could not believe how beautiful this rental was!! The gardens were beautiful and the views of the lake were terrific. We even saw an eagle. If you are looking for clean, well equiped, excellent views and easy access to the lake I would strongly recommend this cottage. The drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor was close (around 1/2 hour) and we especially loved the lobster we had at the Trenton Lobster Pound. All great things about this rental!
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
