The furnished property is fully equipped with state of the art and ultra modern amenities including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, Air-conditioned, Wi Fi Internet and 2 plasma televisions with Sky TV and premium channels. Two of the 3 bedrooms are upstairs making it a perfect property for entertaining even for families with small children. It is also a great option for a few couples sharing as each bedroom has its own bathroom. The property has a lovely pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzi, bohio with hammocks, BBQ and entertainment area. The townhouse is located in a small, secluded and secure gated development with only 5 other townhouses. It has 24 hour security and private parking. Come relax in paradise with the black sand beach or listen to the birds while resting in a hammock. Surf lessons and kayak rentals available a short walk to the Surf camp up the road.
