State parks such as Point Lobos & Garland Park are minutes away. Chateau Julien Winery is within walking distance & Bernardus Lodge & winery is within 5 minutes. Most major sites, such as Cannery Row, restaurants & shopping centers are a short distance away. The house is on 1 &1/3 acre landscape lot with palm trees, citrus & fruit trees. Spacious front and backyard is ideal for large gatherings and wedding receptions. You will not have a problem with parking spaces. Up to 30 cars can park on the property for large groups.
