This beautiful home sleeps 8+ and has 5 bedrooms all with private bathrooms, (2 are considered master bedrooms, both with whirlpool tubs & double sinks,) 5 1/2 baths, a separate office, a huge upscale great room/kitchen/dining room and a living/sitting room with sunny reading nook (that could sleep an extra 2 if necessary). The kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, antiqued copper tile backsplash, tin ceiling, hardwood floors and necessary utensils. The 2 Master BR’s have Queen size beds, BR #3 has double bed & BR’s #4 & #5 each have a single twin (additionally, there is an inflatable Queen &/or Twin available.) Additional amenities include a piano keyboard, games galore and large dining table opening to deck with BBQ gas grill and/or outdoor dining, large patio with 40 x 20' pool and pond with waterfall. There is central air conditioning & ceiling fans in all rooms.
Coconut Grove is situated on Biscayne Bay and adjacent to Coral Gables and both areas are known for their award-winning restaurants and shopping as well as several waterfront dining eateries 5 minutes away. Take a leisurely stroll or a bike ride through the neighborhood where everything is always green and extremely peaceful. It’s an easy 5 minute drive to tennis courts and golf courses, theatres, malls (Neiman-Marcus & Nordstroms), boating (sail or motor), rollerblade, kayak or bike rentals; 15 minutes to the airport, downtown Miami or beaches at Key Biscayne; or 20 minutes to world-famous 'South Beach' with it's magnificent beaches, restaurants, clubs, and sidewalk cafes for the ultimate people-watching experience.
No smoking in the house please, but there are plenty of balconies, decks & patios on which you can smoke. Keep in mind that the house is not childproof for toddlers.
