This 1-bedroom apartment above the owner's Spanish Colonial house is your home away from home. From a separate entrance, you walk up to a very bright and tastefully furnished retreat. There are windows everywhere, including French doors that overlook a children's park. This unit was recently renovated and decorated with an eclectic feel of multi-cultural sophistication. The cozy, romantic bedroom has a queen size bed with a pillow-top mattress. Extra guests can sleep on the living room sofa that converts to a queen size sleeper. The well-equipped kitchenette with granite counter top is ideal for preparing cocktails or a quick meal. If you stay a minimum of 1 week or longer, your laundry will be done free of charge (ironing or dry cleaning not included).
