The village of Laengenfeld is situated in the sunniest part of the valley, surrounded by the most fascinating mountains. No matter if you prefer to stroll along the river flowing through green meadows or to climb up to the most exciting peaks or to rent a mountain bike - just come and do it.

Ich war schon mehrere Male dort und werde meine Ferien, wenn möglich, immer wieder gern im Haus Raimund verbringen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung ist freundlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber erfüllen jeden Wunsch, sie sind super nett.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist bezaubernd, der Ausblick ein Traum.

Die Vermieter, mit denen man einen gemeinsamen Wohnungseingang hat, sind ausgesprochen nett. Der Weg von der Skibushaltestelle zum Haus geht ca. 15 Min. bergauf, ist also zu Fuß schon etwas beschwerlich. Dafür ist der Ausblick auf das Tal atemberaubend und entschädigt vollkommen. Die Küche ist dunkel und spartanisch ausgestattet (Kochutensilien), das Bad (mit Badewanne) prima und die Betten sehr bequem. Alles sehr sauber.Absolut ruhige Gegend.
Kurzum, das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut, wenn man keinen Luxus erwartet und die Ruhe sucht.
Mir hat es gut gefallen und ich würde wieder hinfahren.

Wunderschön! We (2 young couples) spent our winter holiday there...it was amazing. Not only that the rooms are very comfortable and cozy, equipped with everything one needs, but the view you have from the balcony is priceless. Each morning we woke up wondering what is out there for us: each morning a different view, it was really great. The owners are very nice and although they don't speak English at all they are very friendly and helpful. The kitchen had all the necessary dishes to cook yourself a good meal.
It is of course not a 5 stars hotel, but it is clean and cosy and therefore more that suitable for someone who wants to spend a relaxing winter/summer holiday.

Schöne kleine 1 Zimmer-FeWo mit herrlichem Blick auf das Tal. Kein separater Eingang. Bad und Küche etwas dunkel. Das Bad ist fensterlos (Lüftung), in der Küche kleines Fenster vorhanden, Lüftung schwierig. Die Küche ist zwar vollständig (4PlattenHerd mit Ofen, Spüle etc.) jedoch spärlich ausgestattet, was Geschirr und andere Geräte zum Kochen betrifft. Wer gerne kocht und gepflegt frühstückt, bringt sich seine Utensilien vorsichtshalber besser selbst mit.
Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind im Ötztal zahlreich vorhanden (viele Restaurants, Museen, vielfältige Sportmöglichkeiten), meiner Meinung nach eher nichts für Menschen, die ein ruhiges Fleckchen suchen.
