Enjoy your own beach and adjoining boat launch or relax on the balcony and watch the sun go down. This house is ideal for children as it is in a private community and reached by a private road. The beach is directly connected to the backyard so there are no roads to cross to go swimming. Enjoy swimming, boating, and fishing from your own beach that adjoins the backyard. Or simply relax with a barbecue on the lawn, picnic table included. Only 45 minutes from Montreal Canada or Burlington VT, the property is literally only two minutes from Interstate 89, which makes every excursion a pleasure. Safari Park within 45 minutes plus do not miss a ferry ride and tubing down the rapids at Ausable chasm and falls.
