Austin holiday condo

It is well appointed with everything one needs to set up house for a while. The pool surrounded by banana trees is wonderful, and big enough for some laps. Having the pharmacy and a supermarket within a short walk is a huge plus. Mature Live Oaks provide shade much of the complex. When we need to stay extra time because of a hospitalization, Tim Z. was most gracious in accommodating us. (Luckly, there was no one booked right after us) I recommend it to anyone staying in Austin,

Great location, comfortable mattresses, lovely pool, the owner was very accommdating, I could go on and on about our stay at this condo. Perfect in every way. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

The condo was perfect for my wife and myself. We live in Missouri, but have grown children (who have 3 of our grandchildren) in Austin and Marble Falls. The space available was superior to any hotel or motel room, with kitchen and storage capability. We had 2 parking spots, but only needed one since there was ample visitor parking for our family and guests. We were right by the pool, which was awesome when we had 3 of our grandchildren stay one night. Being near the heart of things in Austin was also outstanding, (e.g., close to the duck ride and childrens museum for the grandkids). It was also close to my son's place and his work. The pictures on the internet web site were an accurate portrayal of what you get.

There was a computer hookup and even a printer available to use when I was printing some available properties to look at. The feeling of security was comforting also. The owner was great in checking us in early and worked with us so well, we stayed an extra night, total of 9 nights.

We hated to go home. Sitting on the balcony in the early morning and evening was relaxing, definitely what I needed after a stressful year. My wife and I were extremely happy with the rental and will try to reschedule here next time we return to Austin to see our family.
