Newly built spacious, luxury apartment located between Westridge Estates and Cable beach - just one block off West Bay Street. The interior of the unit is one of both luxury and comfort with beautiful porcelain tiled floors, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, solid cedar pine doors throughout the home with tray ceilings and recess lighting. The kitchen is tastefully decorated with brand new stainless steel appliances. This vacation home is only five minutes drive from Lynden Pindling International Airport and about 20 minutes drive to picturesque downtown Nassau. The neighborhood is so peaceful.....you can take a leisure walk across the street less than 5 minutes away to a nearby beach and relax under the cedar pine trees while taking in the fresh Bahama breeze. Transportation is easy.....the No. 10 Jitney Bus runs along West Bay Street every five minutes or so from 7 am - 7 pm. Hop onto a bus and go into downtown Nassau or anywhere on the island for only $1.
