Beautiful Historic Mansion on prestigious Caroline Street has 1 BR/1BTH condo for rent on a weekly or month-to-month basis. This unit is beautifully decorated with a down-filled Crate & Barrel couch, chocolate-linen slipper chairs, cherry pedestal dining table and cherry secretary desk in LR, nice size bedroom with exposed brick wall & tin cielings features a cherry queen sleigh bed, shabby chic white-washed dresser and armchair from ABC. All 100% cotton bedding and towels are provided. Bose wave radio with i-pod plug in for your listening pleasure. Priced under market value as they will be shown by appointment to Realtors since this condo is currently for sale. No smoking, no partiers. Small, quiet pets considered for an additional $50 fee per week. This condo is now fully booked until May 2010.

Thanks to Cate Tiefenthaler for our recent use of her condo in Saraotga Springs, NY. The residence is clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. It also has a bit of an old-time feeling that we really appreciate. The residences is on a quiet, beautiful tree-lined street just a few blocks from downtown.

Cate was very helpful and prompt in getting back to us when we had a couple of questions. Furthermore she was very kind and more than accomodating in returning a few items to us by mail that we had accidentally left behind upon our departure.

Altogether a wonderful accomodation and a wonderful landlady! We will be happy to return, if the rooms are available, on our next sojourn to Saratago Springs.
