Features include indoor Jacuzzi and steam room for a relaxing stay. We accpet your credit cards . Relax in the great room. Look out huge picture windows at with a view Aspen Golf Course. Watch your favorite show on the Big Screen TV with surround sound. Enjoy both Cable TV or watch a movie on the DVD Player. Snuggle up to the fireplace which burns real logs. Love to cook? You will enjoy this gourmet kitchen that features lots of cabinet space, gas cook top, double ovens, microwave, built in trash compactor, dishwasher and island for your favorite food to be on display. Enjoy the view of the trees or watch your show that is displayed on the built in TV from the counter. Need to reach the family to tell them dinner is ready, call them from the built-in intercom.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Nightly rate and cleaning fee is $200.00. Please contact us for holiday rates and requirements.
  • We do not have any hidden fees this amount is the total fee including tax. The only other fees are the security deposit is an authorization for your damages and we have a $200.00 cleaning fee . If you have any further question please e-mail or call me I will be happy to explain our fees. All rates are subject to change with seasons please contact me for the current rates or see the dates posted above and e-mail for up comming dates.
  • Rates are the same for 1 person as for 10 people. 50% Deposit is required to hold your reservation this can be paid through credit card or Pay pal. The deposit if FULLY REFUNDABLE up to 14 days prior to your arrival. After that time it become NON-Refundable. The balance is due upon arrival.

    No pets are allowed and No smoking in the home. Credit Cards only upon arrival you must have a credit card not a debit card and a current drivers licenses upon arrival. This will be used for your security deposit.

Exit off Butler Avenue heading east on I-40 towards ALBQ. Turn Right at the stop light in front of Little America. Go past 4th street. Stay on Butler until you come to Aspen Golf Course Area. Call us for exact directions. You will see the Aspen fairway Golf Course and the golf course homes all around you. Big Pondersoa Pines. Huge snow hill to sled on in the winter right behind the our dream home. Less than 30 miles from the snowbowl. Just a little over 2 miles from the Flagstaff Mall. Just minutes to anywhere in town since you are right in the heart of Flagstaff.

Huge deck that looks out to the fairway for breath taking views, gazebo for outside enjoyment. Don't stop here. Walk in to a Indoor Jacuzzi spa tub or enjoy the steam room. All of this is indoors in its own separate room. Wireless internet is available in this home with direct access through your direct connection in the upstairs office area. Have a notebook, need wireless, fast speed internet connection is roaming throughout the home.

Great Place! Outstanding service! The house is well equipped and the owner has taken care of all the things needed to have a great stay.

The property manager was very helpful and went out of the way to ship a lost item.

The house has a beautiful view overlooking the greens. There are tons of play toys, games, videos for kids.

All in all a great stay and will definitely looking forward to stay at the same place for next visit.

I thought it was a beautiful home and great location. Very relaxing and had everything I needed. The property manager was very helpful.
