Tucked away with its own cozy beach and ocean view, the Polo Beach Club has a private ambiance. Beach quality is excellent with lovely golden sand, ocean sand bottom, and gentle ocean drop-off - very nice for both kids and adults. There are some lava rock outcroppings to the left of the beach which make for good snorkeling or viewing at low tide. The grounds feature a swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue area with gas grills, and beautifully manicured gardens. Polo Beach Club has private underground parking and is close to tennis, golf, restaurants, shopping, beauty spas, and a spectacular beach walking path. This non-smoking condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and approximately 1200 square feet of interior space. The living room is sunken with two couches and a large lanai with a fabulous ocean view. The master suite has a king bed, private bath, and ocean view. The second bedroom has two double beds and a separate bathroom.
