Over 2,300 square foot 3/3 condo, remote control Empire Sassafrass gas fireplace, granite, stainless appliances, washer/dryer, covered boatslip, first furnished September 2009. Fully furnished with all cookware, linens and towels. All leather living room with 40' Sharp Aquos HD and 96 channels including 16 movie channels and 20 HD channels. 22' LCD monitors with DVD players in every bedroom. Secure wireless internet is yours alone. One foam topped firm king in master and one firm foam topped queen in each of 2 other bedrooms. Three private bathrooms, one for each bedroom. Master has jetted tub, separate shower, and twin vanities. Also there is an added twin rollaway in master. Your own covered boatslip included. Additional 1,000 square foot garage (holds 1 boat and 1 car or 2 cars). This unit has an unobstructed view of the lake although not directly on the water's edge. Two free kayaks are in garage for lake.

Compare this accommodation to nearby Brasstown Valley Resort or Boundary Waters (just across the bay), or other Hiawassee high end corporate rentals-- we think you will find ours more comfortable and a much better deal. Enjoy the great outdoors but come home to comfort. Relax--Hiawassee has THE lowest crime rate in Southeast.

Golf? Restaurants? Entertainment? Yes!: Located in close proximity to 3 golf courses: Brasstown Valley Resort, Chatuge Shores, and The Ridges. Attractions and interests include the local winery located in Young Harris, Young Harris College and sporting events, or visit the georgiamountainfairgrounds for a concert or exhibits! Conveniently located only two miles from downtown Hiawassee, within minutes are great restaurants-- country club white linen to BBQ (Smoke Rings our favorite), Japanese to country cooking (Georgia Mountain Restaurant our favorite).
