Capistrano Beach is close to world class surfing at Trestle's and world class art/dining/shopping from San Clemente north through Dana Point, Laguna Beach and Newport Beach. . John Wayne airport is 20 minute drive and Amtrak serves San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano. There are fantastic beaches in every direction. ***We do not have the noise and the vibration that the beach oceanfront properties have.
