Beautiful 1st floor bayside condo with a stunning view of Assawoman Bay. Covered deck backs to a wetland. Sunsets are spectacular after a day at the beach, which is only a short walk across a signalized intersection. Renovated condo with new appliances, HVAC, ceramic tile, Berber carpeting, hardwood floors, and updated furnishings. The bedroom is complete with a queen bed with new linens. Kitchen is open to living room with large breakfast bar seating 4. Living room is complete with queen sleeper sofa with 27' TV with digital cable (HBO included) and DVD/VCR. Condo is ideal for a romantic and relaxing getaway. Located on 56th street and is within walking distance to Macky's Bayside, Fager's Island, 65th Street Deli and Market, and Seacrets. Includes 2 parking spaces.

This bright and sunny rental is perfect in every way! It's a cozy and comfortable "home away from home" and the location is ideal.It sits just off of Coastal Highway so there is no traffic noise.It is so peaceful and quiet in the evenings and what a sunset! It's located on the first floor which made it ideal with the kids and all of their stuff.The beach is a short walk and the boardwalk is just a few minutes away. It's also withing walking distance to Fagers (you can see it from the patio), Macky's and Seacrets and Maui Golf is less than a block away for the kids. The kids and I had a great time and I look forward staying here again...and again!

I really enjoyed my stay in Ocean City. The place was perfect and I had no problems. The kids even loved it. Would defintely reccommend and would stay again.
