Casa Rincon Pacific is located on the Punta de Mita peninsula 25 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta and 5 minutes south of the world renowned Four Seasons Resort in Punta de Mita, Mexico. The home is nestled between the tropical rainforest and the azure waters of the Bay of Banderas and is one of 12 private lots in the intimate gated community of Paradise Coves. Paradise Coves derives its name from a series of beautiful small private coves that grace the verdant Punta Mita coastline and because of their private setting, the beaches in front, south and north of the development are pristine and virtually vacant! The home is 8,000 square feet with six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, an office complete with high speed internet connection and WiFi, satellite TV, and stereo system. The home also has generous outside covered patios surrounded by a large infinity pool.

Directions from Airport to La Cruz: When you leave Puerto Vallarta International Airport you will get on HWY 200 to Compostela. Head North (not toward Puerto Vallarta) approximately 25 miles/25 minutes. You will be going through Nuevo Vallarta and a few other towns. Take the Punta de Mita offramp. You will go through one more small town called La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. Approximately 5 miles past La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, you will pass by a large sign on your left for a resort called the Paladium.

La Cruz to Casa Rincon Pacific: Approximately 1/2 mile past the Paladium sign there are two small green signs that say “Fracc. Paradise Coves” and “Fracc. Pontoquito”. Just past those signs you will see an offramp to the LEFT, which you will take. You will arrive at a bright orange gate house where you will tell the guard “Casa Rincon Pacific, Lot 12 Paradise Coves” and he will let you in. You will make an immediate right and go by another gate house on the left which is the neighboring development of Pontoquito, do not turn in there. The next entrance on your left is Paradise Coves. You will pull up to another gate house where again you will tell the guard “Casa Rincon Pacific, Lot 12 Paradise Coves.” Again you make an immediate right and follow the cobble stone street down to the first house on the left. The house has a huge stone wall in front. You made it!
