Located at the Oceanfront in North Hermosa Beach this newer custom home has 4 car parking, pool table and guest bedroom on the first floor. Enter the Mahogany front door ascend the Marble staircase to the great room with balcony and Ocean view. Watch the dolphins play and the pelicans dive bomb for fish. The kitchen is Granite with stainless steel appliances, double oven and temperature controlled wine cabinet. Open design allows a view of the ocean while you prepare those gourmet meals. A side deck off the kitchen has the BBQ or follow the stairs up to the roof top deck with chaise lounges, umbrella and jacuzzi for a view of the Santa Monica Bay from Palos Verdes to Malibu. The media room has a 65' TV and you can pipe music throughout the home from there. There are 6 TV's in the home. Sleeping accommodations are a king, queen and 2 doubles plus a convertible sofa at the guest den. We provide beach chairs,beach towels, bicycles and for transport the Little Red Wagon with Beach Wheels.

Located at the South end of the Santa Monica Bay this quaint, artsy Beach Town has become famous for its beautiful shoreline that offers numerous beach activities. There are the AVP Professional Volleyball Tournaments, Surfing Contest, International Lifeguard Competitions and the Annual July 4th Fireworks display over the Ocean. Only 26 miles across the sea is the enchanting Catalina Island a must see if you have the time. You can get there by helicopter, power boat or a relaxing 4 hour sail. Hermosa has some of the greatest restaurants offering every type of cuisine imaginable. There also are some exciting venues for nightlife down on the Promenade and don't forget to visit the famous Comedy and Magic Club featuring Jay Leno on Sunday nights. Thirty minutes away are the Getty, Disneyland, Universal Studios, The Dodgers,The Lakers and Nationally rated teams from USC, UCLA and Pepperdine.

  • All the bathrooms have top of the line appliances and Designer accents. There are large mirrors, Marble and Travertine and thick Glass doors found in Luxury Hotels. The floors are Marble at the master and Travertine elsewhere with Hardwood in the Guest off the Media Room. There are high ceilings and plenty of room with great showers and a bench to sit on. For convenience there is an out side shower on the North side to wash off the saltwater and keep the sand out of the house.

The 2 bedrooms down the hall are dbl beds and share a bath. Down stairs is the Guest with a queen size across from a den with a convertible sofa. All the baths are Marble and Travertine with Maple Cabinets. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans to cool warm nights at a beach side community. All the doors are 10' high with ceilings 12' or more. The bedrooms are carpeted and floors are Travertine or Hardwood flooring.
