Villa Pearl is a colonial style villa with a transitional interior and an exotic fruit garden on the main island in the Caribbean - Nassau . This 2600 square foot home is located in a gated Indigo community (with 24 hour security) - only minutes walk to the ocean. It is a retreat for anyone who is looking to escape from an everyday city or urban atmosphere. Public tennis courts and a swimming pool are a part of the community and are a walking distance away. A grocery store is located just down W. Bay St., and it takes about fifteen minutes to get to downtown Nassau by a taxi bus.

Excellent resort area makes this house location ideal for swimming, walking, biking, jogging, or snorkeling. With breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean, its spectacular sunset and white sand beaches lend themselves for an unforgettable getaway. Buses run until 7pm and are only $1. Catch one right in front of the subdivision - it takes only 15 minutes to get to the Straw Market!
