Located just south of Charlevoix and situated in a wooded beach community with plenty of privacy and the perfect spot on the lake. The home was built in 2005, is newly furnished, and comfortably sleeps 10. The house is a very short walk from the shared community beach (closed to the public), and is complete with a private dock ready for your boat, and a swimming raft for the kids. The home offers a dishwasher, laundry, cable and a fully equipped kitchen.

The house is a very short walk from the shared community beach (closed to the public), and is complete with a private dock ready for your boat, and a swimming raft for the kids. The home offers a dishwasher, laundry, cable and a fully equipped kitchen. We've just recently listed this property, and we are in the process of furnishing with Pottery Barn furniture and similar style decor. Interior pictures will be posted soon!! This will give you an idea of the quality until we have them: All wood floors, stone fireplace, granite counters and tiles floors in kitchen and all baths, stainless appliances.
