This beautiful 9 bedroom vacation home is located across the street from Loon Mountain and is close to many other area attraction such as; Lost River, Clarks Trading Post, Franconia Notch State Park, Whales Tale Water Park, Hobo Railroad and much more. This home has 9 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, living room, dining room, , 4 TVs, rec room w/pool table,laundry room, deck w/hot tub, barbeque, and large yard. This home would be great for company functions, large family gatherings, or anybody that likes lots of space. This home has lots of room. Wonderful home for a weekend getaway in the fall or rent for a week during ski season. Shuttle runs by every hour to the Mountain in the Winter. Also available for rent is a separate 2 bedroom apartment for $300/week. 9 bedroom house rents for$1500/week. $800/weekend or $200/night Mon-Thurs. 2 night minimum

I arrived at this property on Monday September 14, my family rented this house for 4 days, 3 nights we enjoyed our stay very much.

The owner met with us when we arrived and gave us tour of the house, which was very clean everything was in excellent condition.
We also enjoyed the hot tub and a nice little fire.

We are definitely coming back for ski season and already booked next years vacation.
