The Heart of Amsterdam III is a spacious apartment located in the heart of Amsterdam, walking distance from Dam Square and Central Station. With wooden floor and well furnished, this apartment has a special atmosphere. Recently refurbished, there are 2 bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe, lounge with open kitchen, dining area with table with 6 chairs + 2 extra fold-able chairs, 2 armchairs, a double sofa bed and side table, bathroom with shower, sink, WC and washing machine; stairs lead to the mezzanine bedroom where there are 2 extra single beds. It’s on the 3rd floor, no elevator. We recommend avoiding rigid and heavy suitcases. No smoking. From the 1st of May it is possible to use the parking space of this apartment for 40 euro per day. The parking is located at 2 minutes from the door of the apartment. Facilities: Heating, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing machine, iron, iron board, TV, DVD/CD player.

Your booking is valid only when this deposit is received. The balance is to be settled cash upon arrival. N.B. Check in between 15:00 and 19:00 is included. Between 19:00 and 21:00 extra to be paid 20 € Between 21:00 and 24:00 extra to be paid 30 € Between 24:00 and 15:00 extra to be paid 40 € Check out is between 8:00 and 12:00. Cancellation policy 50% of deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 30 days or more before arrival date 25% of deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 29 - 15 days before arrival date. No refund if cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival.
