Located directly across an inlet from a working wharf our home offers a spectacular view of Shelburne Harbour. A large open concept main floor with modern kitchen, all stainless appliances,dining area seats 8 and wood burning stone fireplace and queen bedroom om main floor. Lower floor with walkout to the beach has its own living room a service kitchen,4 piece luxury bath, queen bedroom, and laundry room. There are wraparound decks on both levels, large windows, all with a beautiful harbour view

The Yacht Club is within walking distance, as is the government wharf you see from the front deck. Experience sailing, lessons available, kyaking, canoeing or take a harbour cruise.
