La Vista Resort is a private gated community majestically set on a hill in the gorgeous Parassasa area, with spectacular views over the white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Piscadera Bay. The resort has a swimming pool and is within a 5-minute walk to the beach and from Curaçao’s major hotels and resorts such as Marriott, Hilton, Floris Suite, Clarion Suites, Piscadera Bay Resort, Royal Palm Resort and Residence Piscadera. The Curaçao World Trade Center is also close by, with banking facilities, numerous offices and shops. The apartment is completely furnished with 42' flat screen TV, DVD/Surround Sound, Cable TV, wireless Internet, granite counter top in kitchen & master bath, stainless steel refrigerator, washer/dryer, large hot water heater, Jacuzzi shower in master bedroom, imported furniture, modern conveniences and high quality appliances.The apartment has its own private veranda with spectacular view of the ocean and a wet bar.

La Vista Resort is located at the main hotel zone of Curacao; Piscadera Bay. In the area there are several well known hotel chains including Marriott, Hilton, Clarion, Floris Suites and the Curacao World Trade Center. All the hotels and WTC are a short walking distance from LaVista Resort. In addition there is easy access to the beaches (Marriott, Hilton, Parasasa) just down the hill. Enjoy fine and casual dining at Hilton, Marriott, Floris Suites and Hooks Hut. Try exotic Indonesian cuisine at the newly opened Tempo Doeloe restaurant, next to La Vista Resort. There are four buildings in the La Vista Resort. The property is in the D (baby blue) building on the second floor.

Notes: The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator access right outside the front doors. The apartment has adjoining French doors inside, and the veranda may be opened up for larger vacation parties. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, open kitchen, walk in closet, and storage space. The apartment also has sliding doors for the living room and master bedroom. The rooms were all designed to oblige the ever-present fresh trade winds. There is also a wet bar on the veranda. The resort has a very attractive swimming pool and sunbathing area. The property is maintained by a personal Caretaker who can provide on-site support and advice when required.The apartment is cleaned every Saturday including wash and change of linen and towels. Extra linen and towels are provided and washer/dryer in the apartment for guests should they wish to use it.
