Further details to our farmhouse:
Our 12 hectar farm with paddocks and horse lies in the green countryside. Our nice swimming pool is very comfortable because the water is without chlorine. Riding lessons are given with our gentle and well trained horses in english or german language and are almost every time privat lessons. You can make nice trips with our mountain bikes in the hills and country. Outdoor toys are at disposal of our little friends. Tennis in 5 Minutes by bike. Golf Courses in 5 Minutes by car. Milan in 1 hour, Turin in 75 Minutes, Lake Maggiore in only 15 Minutes and Lake Orta in 20 Minutes.
Sightseeing:
The wonderful Lake Orta and the famous Lake Maggiore with the Borromeos' Islands are only 15-20 Minutes far from us. Botanical Gardens like Villa Taranto in Verbania and Villa Pallavicino in Stresa are very interesting to those who loves flowers. The Safari Park 'Pombia' with the white lions and 'La Torbiera' are really close at hand. The National Park of 'Valgrande' is reachable in less then one hour and the Natural Park of 'Ticino' is only 8 km far.The fantastic town of Vigevano (45 minutes away), with its amazing square of the 15th century, has to be visited and also the city of Turin (1hour) with its second musem in the world of ancient egyptian art and the ‘Reggia di Venaria Reale’, the royal palace that has been recently restored and the residence of La Mandria that have been declared World Heritage sites by UNESCO. The beaches of Liguria (90 min.) and the city of Genova with its biggest Aquarium in Europe. Milan (45 Min) with Leonardo's Last Supper and the gothic Duomo
Wine Territory:
Suno is a little wine town and lies in the wine territory of 'Colline Novaresi'. In Boca wonderful wine producer like 'Le Piane', in Ghemme 'Cantalupo, in Gattinara the world known 'Travaglini' only 20 Minutes from us. The regional Wine Cellar of Gattinara were you can taste the wines of this area like Nebbiolo.
Ski:
Ski mountains can be easily reached - in 30 minutes the Mottarone and in one hour the Monte Rosa with Alagna. Sestriere/ Turin is in 2 hours reachabale
Golf:
Two of the most important Italian golf clubs are very close to our farmhouse, only 5 minutes by car. The Golf Club Castelconturbia: 27 holes plus 3 - par 72 course and the Circolo Golf Bogogno: 36 holes and 240 hectares. Two championship 18 holes par 72 courses. In half an hour you can reach also the Golf Club Alpino Stresa, Golf Club des Iles Borromeés and Circolo Golf Piandisole.
Other Activities:
