This is an absolutely gorgeous, free-standing bungalow. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a split floor plan, and a pool. It is located in a great neighborhood, close to everything. It is 3 minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico beaches. The house has 1 king-size bed, 2 queen-size beds, a large living room with fireplace, a formal dingroom, a breakfast room, a modern kitchen with cookbooks, a laundry room, a heated spa, an inground pool and a Florida room. We have beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and lots more... just need to bring your clothes.

Buschgardens, Salvador Dali Museum, International Diamond Center, Florida Aquarium, Lowery Park Zoo, Suncruz Casino, Dolphin shows and lots more are close by.

Nature-Park: On the left side to our house, 1/3 of a mile away, is the Boca Ciega Millennium Nature Park with about 182 acres of area. It contains every type of animal and bird life of native Florida. You can go jogging / walking inbetween ducks and birds.

Jogging & Walking: To the right side of our house is the Pinellas Trail. This is a trail only for jogging, bicycling, skating or walking. This trail goes about 45 miles from Clearwater to St. Petersburg. This is a wonderfull trail. You can rest assure that no automobile can drive on it.

Active & Retired Military: Mac Dill Airforce base is only 25 minutes away.

Golf: About 1/2 mile away is the Public Tides Golf & Country Club with restaurant and bar for your use. There is about 20 - 25 others available in the area, both public and private. Green fees are between $20.00 - $30.00 US Dollars.

Other Activities: deep see fishing, jogging

Wir verbringen schon einige Jahre unsere Ferien(4-6 Wochen)in diesem Haus.Die Vermieter sind stets bemüht alles zu tun damit man sich wohlfühlt.Auch wird alles immer auf den neuesten Stand gebracht.Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt.Ein einladendes Haus,sehr sauber.Auch ist das Haus sehr gut gelegen.Zum Beach mit dem Auto 5 Min.,Park in unmittelbarer Nähe,genau wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Wir haben uns stets sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus reinen Gewissens nur weiter empfehlen.Sie werden es nicht bereuen!Wir wünschen uns,daß dises Haus uns und allen anderen Mietern noch lange erhalten bleibt.
Viel Spaß allen von den Urlaubern aus Bad Wörishofen im Unterallgäu.

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil

Wir haben als Familie mit einer 12-jährigen Tochter unsere diesjährigen Frühjahrsferien im April 2009 in der Villa con Rose verbracht. Im Haus erwartete uns ein sehr familiäres Ambiente mit sehr umfangreicher Aussstattung, netten Nachbarn und einer sehr netten Housekeeper(in). Unmittelbare Nähe zu Amerikas Top Beaches. Pool und Wirlpool 1a. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants haben wir in anderen Gegenden Floridas schon besser vorgefunden. Nichts desto trotz, ein sauberes, gepflegtes Haus für einen unbeschwerten Familienurlaub. Sehr nette Vermieter. Empfehlenswert.

Wir fühlen uns wie Zuhause

Wir fahren seit mehreren Jahren immer in den Herbstferien mit 2 Kindern in das Haus. Wir nennen es scherzhaft immer "unser Haus", denn, wenn wir anfahren ist es wie ankommen in unser Zuhause. Einfach eintreten und wohlfühlen. Die Beschreibung von den Eigentümer entspricht absolut den Tatsachen. Unsere Kinder sind begeistert vom Pool und sind den ganzen Tag zufrieden und glücklich. Noch mehr geht und kann man von einem Urlaub nicht erwarten, denn wir geniesen dann die Zeit auf der Terrasse und sind einfach nur zufrieden und glücklich.
Wir werden solange es geht immer wieder hierher kommen.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kamen herein und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Sehr willkommen waren auch die kalten Getränke im Kühlschrank. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können dieses Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Auch der Kontakt (per e-Mail ) mit den Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich.

Hier ist es ganz toll. Wir kommen 2 Mal im Jahr in das Haus von Fam. Meyers. Es liegt zentral und ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Fam. Doris & Norbert Lang *** Wir sind Überaus zufrieden mit dem Bungalow der Fam. Meyers. Er bietet mehr als andere Ferienhäuser, die wir bewohnten. Vom Haus aus kann man wunderbar Ausflüge unternehmen in jede Richtung. Unsere Kinder wollten nicht mehr aus dem Pool. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Fam. Mehring aus Berlin *** Wir finden es ganz toll im Hause Meyers. Sogar Fahrräder & Scooter für die Kinder waren da. Einfach super - auch die Lage.
