Family owned house for the past 23 years, in a peaceful neighborhood. The house includes new appliances. 57 inch TV for your viewing pleasure. Private parking and private entrance. Walking distance to a town park, with Olympic size pool and a kiddie pool. Park also includes a lake with a jog/walk/bike path. Walking distance to Long Island Railroad (LIRR), which brings you directly into Manhattan. You're within 20 minutes to Jones Beach, among other beaches. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The house is a corner property, 1250 sq. feet, all new stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and a brand new kitchen. 30 minutes from Manhattan, which has some of the best sightseeing in the world. NYC also offers some of the best Broadway shows available, not to mention the great restaurants that the city offers.

If you're a sports fan, you're 30 minutes by LIRR to the world famous Madison Square Garden. 15 minute drive to Nassau Coliseum, 20 minute drive to the new Citifield, also next to Citifield is the USTA where the US Open is played, and 40 minute drive to the new Yankee Stadium. You can also get to Citifield/USTA by LIRR. We'd be happy to recommend restaurants and provide directions if needed.
