For your use: swimming pool, 3 bicycles, kayak, life jackets, Ping-Pong table (with rackets and balls), dart board, DVD player, wireless internet, Xbox with games, tennis rackets and balls (Free tennis courts only 2 miles away), coffee maker (some coffee), coffee grinder, iron, iron board, hair dryer, reverse osmosis water filter, double burner cook top, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, plates, cups, pans, electric kettle, mixer, silverware, towels, basic spices, satellite TV, radio with alarm clock, playing cards, board games, shampoo and conditioner, maps of local area and attractions, Zoo and amusement parks 40 minutes away, car isn’t necessary, we can help arrange pick up from the airport. Outside: gas grill, table with umbrella and six chairs, beach chairs, lounge chairs, fishing poles, beach cooler on wheels and more. Very comfortable air conditioned waterfront efficiency with pool, located in Treasure Island Florida. Beautiful beach under a mile away.

This place definitely overtook our expectations. Great location, perfect furnished with many utensils for us and our son not getting bored and hospitality which we did not experience somewhere else before.
