Fully equipped with linens, towels, gourmet kitchen, wine refrigerators, pantry, beach chairs, and more, the 3 car garage and parking for 6+ cars enables you to keep up with all your guests. Long Beach Island (LBI) is one of the premier destinations for summer vacationing in the U.S. The Island is known for its white sand beaches, as well as its restaurants, boutique shopping, water sports, amusement parks, miniature golf, and crabbing. Our physical address is 1095A Long Beach Boulevard in North Beach, NJ (THE WEBSITE'S GPS DOES NOT DISPLAY NORTH BEACH). North Beach is part of Long Beach Township on Long Beach Island, NJ and is between Harvey Cedars and Surf City on the north end of the island. The north end is known for its peaceful surroundings and private lanes leading to private beaches. You can get to North Beach by taking the Garden State Parkway to exit 63, Route 72 East. After taking Route 72 all the way to the end (about 6-8 miles), make a left onto Long Beach Boulevard. After driving through Surf City (about 3-4 miles), you'll see the Welcome to North Beach sign. From there, drive approximately 1 mile to 1095A Long Beach Boulevard, North Beach, which is on the righthand (ocean) side, on the ocean block and only 3 houses away from the beach!

  • The large Master BR is on the 2nd floor, has a private covered deck w/ bay and ocean views, a sitting area with couch, a large walk-in closet, and a huge private bath with linen closet (with first aid supplies/towels etc.), tumbled marble floors and walls in the shower. The shower has 2 controls, 2 showerheads, 2 handshowers, multiple body sprays, and 2 sitting areas. It is handicapped accessible as is the entire house! The remaining beds are located on the first floor, except for the 7th (Game) room which houses a leather queen sleeper sofa on the ground floor. The ground floor also has 2 large closets, a rear door that opens to a covered patio and a stone path leading to the beach, and a huge powder room w/ an extra washer/dryer and access to the outside shower.

Notes: You may request mid-week cleaning service for an additional charge. Wireless internet service is in place; Hardwired phone is located in Master BR and elevator. There are 5 LCD TV's installed, 2 DVD players, and a CD stereo connected to the Living Room TV. There are local menus located in the kitchen drawer under the Kitchen Aid cooktop. Above the Kitchen Aid gas oven is a KA microwave with the latest technology-it even toasts bread! Below the oven is a warming drawer. There is a built-in Kitchen Aid refrigerator/freezer and two refrigerator/wine chillers- one in the Living Room and one in the Den. Since this is new construction we are building up our collection of items. If you have a special request for an item that we do not yet have, please ask us and we will try to accommodate your request.

Private Beach, Ocean and Bay Views: This home has multiple views of the ocean and the bay too. Becasue LBI is a long, thin island, some areas have views of both, and this house takes full advantage with its multiple decks: large covered private deck off top floor Master BR, private deck off 1st floor Master BR, shared deck for den and bedroom facing southeast, and a large roof deck with spectacular sunset and sunrise views! The beach on this block is restricted to residents and renters on the block, and there is no public access. This minimizes traffic and congestion, and allows you to enjoy peaceful tranquility just 200 feet away! There are no vendors or restaurants on the beach-- just unspoiled white sand with ocean waves breaking nearby. You are permitted to picnic on the beach, and trash containers are located at each entrance/exit area. Lifeguards are posted in the area for supervised safe swimming and we provide 8 beach badges and 6 beach chairs for your use.

Walking & Biking on LBI: The North Beach area is perfect for walking or biking along the main street, known as Long Beach Boulevard. There are numerous bicycle rental stores which supply you with helmets and any size or type of bike you might want. Tandem, side by side, covered carts and plain old bicycles are popular and easy to rent. Many people walk in the mornings before the temperature increases and then again at night after sunset. The beach is a great place to walk and provides a great difficulty level for those looking to increase their workout level.

Amazing Place- Best House Ever!

My husband, kids and I loved this house-- it was truly exquisite. Beautifully decorated, immaculate, spacious. I just can't say enough about it. Bathrooms were beautiful, with marble and granite and expensive faucets and cabinets. Kitchen and wet bars were top of the line everything. Plus the bonus elevator-- big help w/ groceries, luggage etc.

Location was perfect- walked to the beach in 20 seconds. Walked to Surf City for dining out and shopping, and only a few minutes' drive to Beach Haven for the kiddie rides and water park. The North end of LBI is so much quieter and more relaxing than the South end-- this was my first time on the North end and I really preferred it there. The light house is only 10 minutes away, too.

I will absolutely rent again next summer! I highly recommend this home to anyone who appreciates all of these qualities as well as all of the items that come with the rental (linens, towels, shampoo, soap, etc.) which cut down on lugging that stuff from home.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

This is the most beautiful place I ever stayed at. Everything is brand new and decorated perfectly. I highly recommend this house. The price is very reasonable for what you get.
