Photos and Description of this Cape Coral holiday villa Amazing home with 3 BR, 3 BA, pool + spa, fantastic water views

Outstanding two-story home right on the river, with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, spacious custom design, and recently renovated with new kitchen and bathrooms. The master suite upstairs opens up to a large balcony and fantastic views across the wide river. There is a large concrete dock but no boat lift. A huge pool area surrounds the gas heated pool and spa. (Please note that there is an extra charge for the gas heater.) There is cable TV in the living room; the other two sets in the bedrooms receive programs via antenna. Newly furnished and decorated in 2009, this home is the ultimate in comfort and luxury.
