A brand new 2 Br/2 Bath luxury water view Penthouse Condo at the National Harbor on the Potomac River. The condo has two (2) large master suite bedrooms with private bathrooms. The bedrooms are complete with linens for both bed and bath. The condo has 10' foot ceilings and large picture windows with a beautiful view. Plenty of light within the living space. The gourmet kitchen with granite tip, fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, pans and more. The condo includes one (1) free underground parking space. The building amenities includes a rooftop pool with gas grill, exercise room and a clubhouse with a pool table and piano. The pool overlooks the River and bridges toward Washington, DC. Conveniently located near major highways and metro stations. There are Water Taxis available from the pier to Old Town VA, Ronald Regan National Airport. There are plenty restaurants located in MD, DC and VA. Six Flags is 15 min away. Theaters 15 to 20 mins away.

The area is a high end property that includes numerous restaurants. There are several bars and six located inside the Gaylord Resort. Washington DC & Surrounding Areas: Washington DC within 15 minutes away by car or water taxi. The museums at the Smithsonian, Botanical Gardens, The White House, the Monuments are designated sites while you stay at the National Harbor. There are 4 an 5 star restaurants located in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia, which all can be accessed by Water Taxi directly from the piers at The National Harbor. The National Harbor is 15 minutes away from our nation's capital and numerous historic sites. You can take the Potomac Riverboat Water Taxi to such sites as Georgetown, Mt. Vernon or Old Town, Alexandria, Virginia. The resort property includes over 10 major restaurants plus a coffee shop, retail shops, and nightlife that includes piano bars and even a electronic riding bull. The property also includes waterfront piers and beach area for strolls along the river.

Nice retreat when visiting DC

Very nice place, and a very responsive owner. It's fully equipped, and it has a lot of space for a 2 bedroom condo. We're a family of 6 and didn't feel cramped. The condo is in a new self-contained development literally just outside the beltway. It's pretty easy to get to the subway and into DC, and get back and relax afterwards. We'd stay again.
