From the vacation house Casa Ursula, there are only 50 m to the sandy beach. The house has a very beautiful, romantic patio, which is ideal for parties, but also for relaxation. The center of the town offers many shopping facilities and restaurants, and it can be reached in only few minutes, on foot. The bungalow consists of 2 apartments. At request, we can rent the house as a whole unit. Linen and towels, electricity, water, gas and the usage of the washing machine are included in the rental rate.

The lower apartment consists of a very beautiful kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 small bedroom with a bunk bed, bathroom and WC.

Marina di Modica offers an ideal relaxing vacation for families and older people, but there are also plenty of entertainment possibilities for young people.

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen

Urlaub in Marina die Modica im Casa Ursula ist wie "Ankommen" und "Zu Hause" sein. Keine Eingewöhnung, keine Abstriche, einfach hineingehen und sich wohl fühlen. Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen, gepflegten Innenhof in dem man ungestört den Tag beginnen oder ausklingen lassen kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist nach deutschem Standard komplett eingerichtet, es fehlt in der Küche an gar nichts. Die Betten sind bereits überzogen, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, Seife etc. sind vorrätig. Auf dem Tisch steht als Willkommen ein Blumenstrauß und im Küchenschrank sind für den Anfang die nötigsten Gewürze, Zucker, Salz sowie ein wunderbares Olivenöl vorhanden. Der Sandstrand sowie ein Strandbar sind mit ein paar Schritten zu erreichen und bei einem guten Glas Weißwein kann man seinen Träumen freien Lauf lassen. Den Ort selbst kann man zu Fuß am Strand entlang erreichen. Dort findet man einen Lebensmittelladen, Metzgerei, Pizzeria, Bar etc. Den nächst größeren Ort erreicht man per Auto in ca. 10 Minuten, dort gibt es einfach alles zu kaufen. Sehr gut sortierte Supermärkte, Fischläden, Gemüseläden und jede Menge netter Lokale.
Es gäbe noch so viel Positives zu berichten. Kurzum, einfach hinfahren und selber genießen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen wieder. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Uschi und René war herzlich und unaufdringlich und sehr informativ. Vielen Dank ihr Zwei. Wir sehen uns wieder !!

Meine Familie (Ehefrau und Enkelin,12 Jahre), fand den
Aufenthalt sehr erholsam und gemütlich. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Frau " Corinna " ließ ebenfalls nichts zu
wünschen übrig. Kurz gesagt, es war sehr schön und wir werden im nächsten Jahr unseren Urlaub wieder im gleichen Anwesen verbringen.

Kein 5 Sterne Hotel kann besser sein

Wir fahren schon seit Jahren nach Marina di Modica und haben das schönste Ferienhaus am Meer ( Casa Ursula ). Die Einrichtung ist so komfortabel das man sich wie Zuhause fühlt. Es fehlt an nichts, die Küche hat alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön da ist nicht nur das Frühstücken ein Erlebnis sondern man kann den sonnigen Strandtag dann bei einem Gläschen Wein dort ausklingen lassen oder wir haben Grillabende organisiert. Die Betreuung (deutschsprachig) ist sehr sehr gut aber nicht aufdringlich. Es ist immer sauber und gepflegt. Wir zählen schon die Wochen bis wir endlich wieder in Marina di Modica bei Casa Ursula sind und unsere schönsten 3 Wochen im Jahr haben werden. Marina di Modica ist Erholung pur doch wer möchte kann auch viel erleben. Die Restaurants haben eine gute Auswahl und schmackhaftes Essen. Die Einkaufsläden sind gut ausgestattet, wenn man möchte werden die Brötchen morgens gebracht. Wir können dieses Domizil nur weiter empfehlen.
