Welcome to 'Villa Petit', a spacious 1100 sq.ft. retreat. This home has a loft king bedroom, attached bathroom, and intimate deck for two that you won't ever want to leave. Downstairs has a spacious living room with floor to ceiling sliding doors to the outside, a fireplace, reading nook, 4 person dining area, 1/2 bathroom, queen futon for extra guests, bar area, large remodeled kitchen, and a garden patio with a gas BBQ and patio set. There is also an attached 1 car garage and access to the association tennis court.
