Completely Remodeled Cape including Kitchen, Baths, Bedrooms Living Room and extra children/entertainment room located right on Cape Cod Bike Trail. Large yard on corner lot. Air conditioned. All new furniture and appliances throughout including washer, dryer and dishwasher. Enjoy a worry free vacation complete with Narrated boat trip to see seals and best beaches and private homes of Chatham included! Quarter mile to water. (Note: more photos to be added).

Nice place for good price

This place has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which are clean and nice to live-in. One room is smaller than the 3 because it seems to be an office converted to a bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. All rooms have individual AC other than the smallest bedroom. Has a decent size yard however not maintained. Beaches and attractions are close by. Chatham is a nice town to visit which is within 1 mile. Perfect for 3 families with kids or 4 couples with no kids. Owner (Chandler) is nice and helpful. It has the option for renting the weekend only.
