Located on a quiet street in an active Parisian neighborhood, this roomy apartment was once a brasserie. It's on the ground floor, has a private garden and sun room, and offers a lot of space (by Paris standards). Two bedrooms sleep 2 people each and the living room sofa-bed accommodates 2 more for a total of 6 guests. The apartment is light, airy and cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. The kitchen is fully equipped, including washing machine for laundry. Additional amenities include free wi-fi, unlimited calls to France, US and UK landlines, cable TV, DVD player with children's videos on hand, stereo and MP3 hook-up. Within one block you have a local butcher, grocer, baker, fishmonger, chocolatier, and cheese shop, as well as Monoprix supermarket, many restaurants and various other shops. Local open-air market on Wednesday and Sunday mornings on the rue d'Alesia, where you will also find many designer outlet stores. Everything you need is just a few steps away.
