Situated in the gorgeous village of Puyloubier, just 15 minutes drive from Aix-en-Provence, the house is a modern Mediterranean villa with superb unbroken views of the surrounding countryside, notably the Sainte-Victoire mountain. The villa has three bedrooms and sleeps six people with a possibility for a further two people to sleep in the large alcove area at the back of the living room. There are two outdoor terraces, one of which is completely open to the front of the house, and the other with a full roof to the side of the house on the top floor offering a dining area with elevated views. The swimming pool, at the front of the house, gets the sun throughout the day and its elevated position ensures privacy at all times.

Life in this typical Provencale village is founded on the longstanding traditions of wine-making and olive growing. The village has two boulangeries, a small supermarket, a tabac , a couple of restaurants and a post office. The nearby town of Trets (7 km away) has larger supermarkets and shops. For outdoor enthusiasts, the area offers numerous activities such as walking, mountain biking and rock climbing. For families, there is a lot to do in the local area with a playground, ping-pong and football area in the village and horse-riding, go-karting and golf also available within a 15 minute drive.

Property - further information: The spacious living area has a comfortable sofa and armchairs, as well as beanbags for lounging around. There is a TV and DVD player available for use along with a small selection of DVDs and books.

Property - outside facilities: Outside, the large secluded terrace on the top floor is ideal for eating and relaxing out of the hot sun; alternatively, for those who love to paint, the views inspire thoughts of Cezanne. The swimming pool (7x4m) is part of the open sunny terrace to the front of the house, which is home to sun-loungers that are ideal for lazing around. A pergola provides some welcome shade and another table and chairs for outdoor eating.

Swimming pool safety: For families with children wanting to use the pool, a pool guard is available (see photos). This can be set up and taken down as required to prevent children from gaining access to the pool area. A swimming pool alarm system is also available.
