Viterbo Province holiday villa: Lubriano

Day.....: Around noon you can chose to have your light lunch (Italian ham and cheese, fresh bred, salad and one glass – or two - of red wine) in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, under the portico’s shadow or close to the pool. Even in very sunny and generally hot days you will feel comfortable since there is all day long a light wind that cools the air down for a perfect sunbath. During the late afternoon just before the sunset the swallows will fly closer and closer to the pool and, if you will leave it them free, they will start with their extraordinary ability to drink from the pool while flying…a really unusual spectacle – that’s the reason behind the name of the Villa (Rondine = Swallow).

...and night: If you’re a barbecue expert then it will be your turn to prepare the dinner for everybody; some “bruschetta” (bred slices shortly grilled, tomato in little pieces with oil and garlic on top) as starter then meat and some grilled vegetables with “extra vergine” olive oil and red wine as a must. Is it already late for somebody? Besides the garages and the laundry room at the underground level, Villa La Rondine has a ground floor and a mansard where the ones who prefer to go to bed earlier can find absolute quietness. The mansard has a double room, an open living room with double bed sofa and large bath room with shower, WC/Bidet. All the rest of the group can stay longer either outside where the soft lightening makes the atmosphere romantic and intimate or in the wide living room (4 sofa, SAT TV). Other 6 people will find space in 3 further double bed rooms at the ground floor serviced by two bathrooms (also these with shower, WC/Bidet).
