Gaulding Cay, Eleuthera: It just doesn’t get much better than this; a beautiful waterfront home on a silky sand beach with calm, shallow turquoise water beckoning; a view from the front deck that you’ll have to see to believe; an island paradise awaiting your exploration. Gaulding Cay is an isolated beach with glistening white sand, surrounded by fragrant pines. The sailing, fishing and snorkeling are great, but the privacy lends a special enjoyment to swimming and sunbathing. This newly-constructed (‘09) beachfront house has 4 bedrooms (& a den that often serves as a 5th bedroom), it’s perfect for two families. Two matching master bedroom suites have beach/island views, spacious private bathrooms and French doors to the front deck. Two back bedrooms each have their own private deck and share a central bathroom.     Deposit of 50 % of the rental rate, is due to secure your reservation at the cay House in Eleuthera. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. In the event that your arrival date is within 60 days of the booking the client is required to pay total rental fee to secure your reservation. In the event of a cancellation less than 60 days before the booked arrival date, a refund will be made only if we can find a replacement tenant.

  • The master baths are roomy and beautiful graced with natural slate tile floors and walls and glass walled showers. The third bath also has natural stone tiles, glass walled shower and beautiful lighting.

  • The Cay House is wonderful for two families, or one big one. There are two beautiful master suites with large, lovely bathrooms. From bed you can see the sea or watch the moon set over the sea. French doors open to the front deck overlooking the beach and Gaulding Cay. Wander outside for a morning cup of tea or to go for an early swim. Or wonder at the stars and the Milky Way at night. We've watched Sky Lab cruise across the sky at night! Back to the bedrooms...there are two additional bedrooms which share a full bathroom and a deck of their own. A den, which has twin beds has views of the sea and wonderful breezes blowing through the room. Ceiling fans in each bedroom (as well as air conditioning) keep the bedrooms comfortable and cool.
