This newly-built villa (finished 2000) is situated in a rural setting surrounded by nature, with several beaches and easy access to different shopping possibilities. The house is built in colonial style on a 2000 sqm plot and has a saltwater swimming pool size 5 x 11 m. The apartment is on the first floor and is 80 sqm plus 12 sqm and 70 sqm terraces. The terrace around the pool can also be used. The apartment is spacious enough for 4 people and consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom, very well-equipped kitchen and an exclusive spacious living room with 2 comfortable sofa beds and Sat TV. The house was built to the highest modern standards, the excellent isolation makes for comfortably cool rooms in the summer, but also surprisingly warm rooms in winter. Nevertheless there are ceiling fans and heating available at an extra cost.
