Total Disappointment

My husband and I rented this property September 2009. It was not as described in the property description. The kitchenette was just a small set of cupboards on the side of a walk in closet.There is a bar sink, not big enough to wash a dinner plate. There is no stove, only a microwave / convection oven and a single plug in burner. There were no other small appliances except a 4 cup coffee maker. There are dishes but the largest bowl was smaller than a soup bowl and the only glasses were 4 wine glasses. You could not cook a meal because there were no baking dishes or bowls to put into the microwave. There was no table big enough for 2 people to sit at and have a meal, not even in the living room. The house is old ( but nice on the outside ) and the furniture inside the rental property was very old and uncomfortable. The only place for 2 people to sit together was a wicker type love seat with many cushions and extremely uncomfortable. Other than the love seat, the only other furniture in the living room was an old wooden chair, 2 dining room chairs, 3 small decorator tables , a TV, and 2 curio cabinets. The stairs leading to the upstairs was very steep and narrow. Definitely not suitable for children, older adults or anyone afraid of heights. The master bedroom had a very comfortable queen size bed but the other bedroom had 2 small day beds, suitable for children or small adults. The bathroom is advertised as having a shower/tub combination but there is only a stand up shower. No tub.
The location of this property is good and close to everything, however I would not recommend this property.
